TAKING THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION TO THE CITIZENS
ActionAid international Uganda with civil society partners ,The inspectorate of Government and other entities took the Anti Corruption fight to the citizens with a number of activities carried out to sensitise Citizens about their role in holding leaders accountable ,the need to isolate the corrupt and the significance of being the first guard against theft of public resources
Through Rallies ,dialogues and live Television coverage millions of people were reached during this exercise and a number of cases documented and handed over to the inspectorate of government for further action.
This interaction also saw leaders put to account as they responded to questions ,queries and concerns from the Citizens
