Business, Human Rights and Uganda's Oil: Implementing State Duties and the UN Framework on Business and Human Rights

This second report assesses Uganda's duty to prevent, investigate, punish and redress human rights abuses by foreign businesses operating in the country. It concludes with recommendations to Uganda protect human rights, remedy human rights abuses by business enterprises and sign up to various international declarations in that regard.
